Hey, I’m Suzan Triplett—an avid gardener, kitchen enthusiast, and proud wife, mom, and Granny Sue. Thanks for stopping by. I’ve got a story to tell you.
A couple of years ago, I hit a physical wall—depleted and feeling horrible. My tank was empty, with only a few hours a day for normal tasks. After making changes, I tackled adrenal fatigue four ways:
- Getting under a doctor’s care
- Adding natural supplements
- Nourishing my body, not just feeding it
- Partnering with God for healing
The journey continues but along the way, I discovered some life-changing secrets I want to share with you. By the way, yes, I’ve been healed! But that’s another story.
Microgreens played a big role in my nutrition journey. These tiny plants are packed with nutrition and elevate any dish. I fell in love and started growing them. You’ve got to try these amazing babies. They’re a little powerhouse of nutrients.
Milling my own wheat was another game-changer. I love bread but didn’t want empty calories. So I turned to fresh, locally sourced wheat—bran, endosperm, and germ intact. Our family still enjoys delicious bread with added nutrition and health benefits.

We are a family-owned and operated urban farming operation in Canyon, Texas. Our passion is to provide our community with the freshest, most nutritious microgreens and locally sourced grains. We specialize in growing a variety of microgreens and partnering with local West Texas farmers to bring their wheat, sorghum, rye, and corn to market. Our mission is to connect our community to the source of their food, promoting sensible food for everyday living.
