Granny Sue’s Protein Balls: A delicious blend of rolled oats, almond butter, dried fruits, and seeds. Packed with nutrients and natural sweetness, these wholesome protein balls make a perfect on-the-go snack or energy boost. Easy to make and even easier to enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons of Tree Hive Maple Syrup & Honey (best stuff ever)
  • ¼ cup of dried cranberries or raisins
  • ¼ cup of dried dates
  • 2 tablespoons of dried coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Instructions

Mix all ingredients well, then roll into 1-inch balls. Chill for an hour, store in the fridge for a week, or freeze for up to 3 months. Enjoy these nutritious delights anytime!
