Soft red winter wheat, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Lightly grease or spray a baking sheet and set it aside. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients, 1 cup of milk, and 1/2 cup of butter until just combined. Scoop and drop balls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each one. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and immediately brush with melted butter.
