Ingredients:Â White sorghum, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
To make pancakes: Combine 1-2/3 cup of mix with 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup water, 4 tbsp melted butter, 1 tsp vanilla (optional). Whisk well, add batter to preheated skillet 1/4 cup at a time. Makes 2 batches of pancakes.
