A delicious soft wholegrain sandwich bread. All-purpose whole wheat flour for texture and rise with a touch of all-purpose sorghum flour for softness. Easy to bake. Bakes in oven or bread machine. Grandkid tested and approved.

Ingredients: Hard red wheat, soft red wheat, salt, white sorghum, powdered milk, dry yeast, and sugar.

Instructions: Mix dry ingredients with 1-3/4 cups water, 4 tbsp butter. Using a mixer with a dough hook, mix for 15 minutes (this is the kneading phase). Allow dough to rise until double in size (about an hour), turn mixer back on to punch dough down. Shape and place in loaf pans. Makes two normal size loaves. Allow to rise again (about 45-60 minutes). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
