Ingredients. Soft red wheat, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Directions. Combine 1-1/2 cups of mix with egg, 1/3 cup milk, 2tbsp vegetable oil. Whisk well and scoop into lined muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes two batches of 6 muffins.
